Activities

Hold your baby face-to-face and slowly move your head side to side. Let them follow you with their eyes.

Give short tummy time sessions on a soft blanket - just 30 seconds to start.

Sing softly, hum, or rock gently to the rhythm of your heartbeat.

Offer safe, high-contrast objects (black-and-white cards, simple patterns).
