Kayla has been a dedicated professional in the ABA field since 2017, becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2020. Her passion for behavioral health is deeply personal; as a mother, she understands firsthand the challenges of raising a family and the vital importance of having a supportive community. Kayla is committed to replacing clinical "orders" with collaborative listening, ensuring that every recommendation is realistic and helpful for a family's unique situation.

At Unity, Kayla champions an environment where both her teammates and her families are valued as individuals, never as statistics. She leads with the belief that when a family feels heard and respected, they can achieve a higher quality of life and true developmental success.

Yani’s ikigai is the intersection of clinical science and a child’s natural curiosity.

As Chief Clinical Officer, Yani is the architect of the Unity Methodology. She is a recognized leader with over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy whose vision extends to the holistic growth of all children—neurotypical and neurodivergent alike. Her passion is evident across her team of highly skilled BCBAs and RBTs who lead with a "client first" mentality. Yani is dedicated to ensuring our clinical practices don't just provide therapy, but provide a roadmap for every child to discover their unique purpose. As a mom herself, Yani understands the value of individualized development and the importance of choosing the right team as a partner. 

Ugo’s ikigai centers on storytelling. He gives a voice to unique perspectives and invites families into a community where purposeful ideas can flourish.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Ugo brings together a unique combination of content creation, storytelling, and over a decade of hands-on experience working with children. He is dedicated to ensuring that every parent has access to the resources they need to be the best they can be for their child. By creating an environment where powerful, purposeful ideas can spread, Ugo helps families move beyond traditional boundaries to see their child’s potential in a new light. As a father, Ugo’s commitment to building this community is personal; he knows that with the right stories and the right support, every family can thrive.

As Chief People Officer, Rhonda leverages over 30 years of Human Resources expertise to curate a culture where high-level clinical science and human empathy coexist. She is dedicated to building "Perfect Teams"—collections of specialists who are not only experienced and "hungry" for growth but are deeply unified by our mission. Rhonda knows that when our team is empowered, the families we support receive an unmatched level of care. As a mother and nana, she views every hiring decision through the lens of a parent, ensuring that the people by your side are the ones she would trust with her own family.

Armon's ikigai lies in the art of building 'perfect' teams—groups of people who are as passionate about our mission as he is.

As Founder and CEO, Armon leads Unity with the firm belief that a small team with the right combination of passion and expertise can change the world. He relentlessly focuses on excellence and evolution—both for his staff and his clients. As an uncle and godfather, he sees firsthand the profound impact that a community has on a child’s development.
