Meanwhile she works directly with Rhonda and Armon to ensure her team's voices are heard as a means to ensure Unity Behavioral Services is the best place for BCBAs and RBTs alike. With a profound dedication to enhancing the lives of children with autism, Yani specializes in crafting tailored therapy plans that foster growth and development. She is committed to cultivating a naturalistic environment where every kiddo and parent can flourish.

Ugo possesses a unique combination of content creation, storytelling, and over a decade working with kiddos.

Ugo is always on the prowl to tell the world our story. He's the narrator of Unity Behavioral's journey. With a profound dedication to creating beautiful and informative content, Ugo is hard at work creating the collection of resources for our parents and partners. He is committed to curating our own Library of Unity. A place where all parents can come to answer their questions, quell concerns, and hear the beautiful stories of these amazing kiddos.

Rhonda brings over a thirty years of experience in Human Resources across a variety of industries to Unity Behavioral Services.

With a profound understanding of the uniqueness possessed by every human, Igor's mission is to cultivate communities who share their wisdom with each other. He is committed to promoting both general research and various Unity Behavioral Services programs for the betterment of  our special needs communities.
