Identifying Interests and Opportunities

We begin by working with you and your kiddo to identify their interests and strengths. This helps us find community engagement opportunities that are both enjoyable and beneficial for your kiddo’s growth.

Coordinated Participation

Our team coordinates with local organizations, schools, and community groups to create opportunities for your kiddo to participate in activities that align with their interests. This might include sports teams, art classes, social clubs, or volunteer opportunities.

Guided Integration

We provide support as your kiddo integrates into new community settings, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident. This may include accompanying your kiddo to initial activities or providing tools and strategies to help them engage successfully.

Regular Check-Ins

As your kiddo engages in community activities, we conduct regular check-ins to monitor their progress and ensure that the experience is positive and beneficial. We make any necessary adjustments to ensure your kiddo’s ongoing success.

Encouraging Independence


Over time, our goal is to help your kiddo participate in community activities with increasing independence. We provide the necessary support to build their confidence, so they can eventually engage in these activities on their own or with minimal assistance.

While therapy may not be a lifelong journey, the support provided by these communities should be. We invest in research, cultivate communities, and provide resources to ensure that progress is not dependent on active enrollment in therapy. When it's time, every kiddo should confidently venture into the world.
